	In many ways, the character and ethos that has developed at MrTed is reflective of the Members of the Board. The culture of MrTed and those who work within the company are easily described as progressive, globally minded, expert, experienced, dynamic and leader like. CEO Jérôme Ternynck, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Jerome Ternynck is the founder and CEO of MrTed Limited. A Frenchman who never worked in France, Jérôme has pursued an entrepreneurial path throughout his career, with an earnest and passionate dedication to the Talent Management Industry. He started his first recruitment company at age 24 in Prague (Czech Republic), effectively pioneering recruitment services (Executive Search, Selection, Recruitment Outsourcing, job fairs…) throughout Central and Eastern Europe. In 1999, recognizing that technology was about to bring a real paradigm change in the recruitment industry, Jerome assembled $30m of venture capital and launched MrTed in London. Today, MrTed is one of the world’s leading providers of Talent Management solutions with offices throughout Europe, Asia and America. Its flagship solution, MrTedTalentLink™, is used by some of the world’s largest enterprises and HRO/RPO vendors to attract, hire and retain top talent on a global scale. Prior to this, Jerome went to Saint Cyr (French equivalent to WestPoint) where he graduated top of his year and later served as a lieutenant in the elite corps of the French Paratroops. Jerome holds a Masters Degree from Paris Dauphine University, France. Non-Executive Board Members Peter Wiedemann Peter Wiedemann brings over 15 years of experience in advanced, multi-national strategic planning and leadership. Serving in a variety of executive management positions, Peter was previously employed with Alexander Mann Solutions, (AMS) Ltd., MrTed in London, EXACT Software in the Netherlands and INFORMIX Software GmbH in Munich. Currently Peter is responsible as Vice President Outsourcing and Consulting Group (OCG), for the Asia Pacific Region for Kelly Services, Inc., Kelly is a world leader in human resources solutions headquartered in Troy, Michigan. Mr. Wiedemann holds a Dr.rer.pol degree in business administration with economics from the University of Hamburg, a Master of Business Administration degree with economics and a Master of Science degree in computer science from the University of Applied Science in Munich. Wolfgang Rose, BV Capital Wolfgang Rose is General Partner of Bertelsmann Ventures and BV Capital and is heading the European investment activities. After the foundation of the first BV Capital Fund Wolfgang worked in the US where he served as a member of the board in several different portfolio companies. Since the foundation of BV Capital II in July 2000 he started the European investment activities of BV Capital based in Hamburg, Germany. Previously to this, he was Chief Technology Officer for AOL Europe where he was responsible for the launch of the European AOL networks.
