GenY: The new world?
On behalf of the HRPuzzle MrTed and Knollenstein cordially invite you to their combined event coming Thursday May 28th

Focal point is "Generation Y" as the new Internet generation in the labor market. GenY consists of people born between roughly 1976 and 2000. On the one hand, this group is attached to freedom and the possibility of personal fulfillment, on the other hand "Generation Y" is looking to bond and they want to have a meaningful contribution to society. A special group with great potential. But how can organizations anticipate and cope with the demands, wishes and objectives of this new generation of employees?

The afternoon consists of a short introduction of MrTed, Knollenstein and the HRPuzzle. Then, Bruce Morton, CEO of e3, will hold a presentation. e3 unlimited is an organization that is specialized in the "Generation Y". This presentation will be held in English.

After the presentations we challenge you to participate in our discussion. Under the expert guidance of Kees Froeling (Co-founder of the HRPuzzle), the various "generations" are invited to discuss about the various perspectives on the "Generation Y" theme, also zooming in on modern "social networks" such as Hyves, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

After the discussion there is time to get to know each other and to continue the discussion in an informal atmosphere.
