Prepare & Plan
From a detailed statement of what our customer needs, we then jointly scope and map the entire project, creating a plan, which will be continually updated as we move forward together. Using Resourcing best practices, we can develop a detailed project plan that identifies tasks, phases, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies and risks.
Analyse & Design
After gaining an understanding of your HR organization, people, processes and systems, we will work closely with your implementation team to design MrTedtalentLink as the Talent Management solution that addresses your specific needs, priorities, and business demands.
Configure & Test
MrTed’s Service team will assist you to update and finalize the entire applicant tracking system configuration. They will help you on a daily basis to prepare the production environment and conduct final user, system, performance, and parallel tests to verify that all the data is converted and to ensure a smooth transition into production.
Deploy & Go Live
We also help you determine a training approach for your end users and recruitment stakeholders, help to design training materials, conduct train-the-trainer sessions and coordinate and deliver a training program. Once we fine-tune the system, we’ll coordinate communication plans to ensure a successful launch. We also provide assistance in writing end user documentation.
Measure & Evolve
The end of implementation is only the beginning of the evolution of your recruiting function. The real change begins when you start to use the system.
