Change Request Surveys
Product Enhancements are delivered on regular seamless upgrades in line with customer expectations and MrTed overall Product Strategy. For this purpose, regular change request surveys are conducted to give customers the ability to define their own priorities on the enhancements and new functionalities to be incorporated into the MrTedTalentLinkâ„¢ solutions.

Knowledge Sharing
MrTed also encourages Knowledge Sharing outside of user groups with regular newsletters, webinars and information on product development, best practices and industry benchmarks.
