This technological step into the future once again places MrTed ahead of it competitors with a value added offering suited to the needs of all systems and clients. MrTed invites all clients to avail of this ultimate solution to solve their recruitment needs in a complete and simplified way.

MrTed has selected Capeclear’s world leading Enterprise Service Bus solution: CapeClear ESB to deliver enterprise Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) projects in 20% of the time and cost of alternative approaches. Its capabilities span from service creation through to sophisticated service orchestration via native BPEL support (Business Process Extended Language), and enable MrTed to easily map on clients’ IT infrastructures and the company business workflows. Cape Clear’s Software was selected as the winner of the "IC Award for Excellence" at the 2006 Global Integration Summit by the Integration Consortium, a leading industry body.

MrTed will be releasing multiple plug-ins that will “sit on top of” MrTedTalentHub™ implementing HRIS dedicated services. These will make implementation so simplistic that traditional questions regarding connectivity, security and technical transformation concerns will be a thing of the past. These plug-ins have been designed from the ground up to “talk” to any targeted application language, conforming to certified platform oriented standards.

This plug-n-play concept provides the following advantages:
• Simplified HR requirements - allowing HR to select relevant plug-in features
• Simplified client IT implementation - the plug-in takes care of the transport mechanism and the transformation of the targeted application data into MrTedTalentLink™ and vice versa using a simple configuration
• Evolution of MrTedTalentLink™ will cause no impact on the integration with client HR information systems as our services follow the “loosely coupled” principles
• MrTedTalentLink™ will centralize the overall talent management for multiple heterogeneous client systems; In the case of heterogeneous HR information systems operating in multiple subsidiaries, clients may also acquire multiple plug-ins for multiple organizations
• Reduce integration delivery time with full scope by relying on standard dedicated HR information system integration.
